About The Position

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing all menu items according to established recipes and yield guides. You will maintain the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of your work areas and equipment. Effective communication is essential, as you will need to inform your team of any additions or changes to assignments throughout your shift. Additionally, you will set up your workstation with the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies, and complete closing duties at the end of your shift.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
  • Ability to work all stations on the line.
  • Food handling certification required.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
