Requirements

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of food and beverage.
  • Is an organized, self-motivated, and proactive chef with a strong attention to detail.
  • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Carver Road Hospitality Employee Handbook
  • Remains focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the execution of regular service, catering, take-out, delivery and all in/off-venue events.
  • Guides operations to ensure safety, quality, recipe accuracy and financial profitability.
  • Coaches and develops employees by setting clear guidelines and expectations.
  • Ensures employees are compliant with all kitchen standards and procedures.
  • Organize, develop and produce new recipes for potential new menu items and specials.
  • Ensures Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
  • Ensures that the venue is compliant with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and company policies.
