Requirements

Possesses in-depth knowledge of food and beverage.
Is an organized, self-motivated, and proactive chef with a strong attention to detail.
Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.
Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Carver Road Hospitality Employee Handbook
Remains focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervises the execution of regular service, catering, take-out, delivery and all in/off-venue events.
Guides operations to ensure safety, quality, recipe accuracy and financial profitability.
Coaches and develops employees by setting clear guidelines and expectations.
Ensures employees are compliant with all kitchen standards and procedures.
Organize, develop and produce new recipes for potential new menu items and specials.
Ensures Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
Ensures that the venue is compliant with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and company policies.
