About The Position
About Us: Arkview Behavioral Health is a new inpatient behavioral health center providing a supportive and structured environment for our clients. Position Summary: The Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and overseeing the daily production of nutritious, high-quality meals for patients and staff in an inpatient behavioral health setting. This role ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, accommodates therapeutic and medical dietary needs, and supports a safe, structured dining environment that contributes to overall patient wellness and recovery. The Chef supervises kitchen operations, maintains inventory and cost controls, and collaborates with clinical and operations teams to promote a positive and supportive meal experience.
Requirements
- Previous Chef experience required
- ServSafe or similar certification required
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a treatment setting
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred
