The Per Diem Chef provides food service support within a residential mental health facility, working alongside the lead Chef to ensure consistent meal preparation, kitchen operations, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation, and plays a key role in preparing for and supporting all kitchen inspections at Banyan Palm Beach. This is an as needed (per diem) position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon facility opening.
