About The Position

The Role Assist and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of our breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for school camps and sporting groups Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls Ensure the safe production of a quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity gained within function environments or bulk cooking for numbers up to 50-300
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Able to work on your own and think on your feet when needed.
  • Willing to be part of the team and contribute to daily workplace requirements
  • Ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour - always!
  • Experience as a qualified chef
  • Minimum of Certificate III Commercial Cookery
  • Current WWCC
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required (penalties applied)
