Who you are: The Chef is responsible for setting the tone of the kitchen by fostering a culture of Enlightened Hospitality while driving excellence in culinary execution and service. This leader oversees daily operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and seamless collaboration between kitchen and dining room teams. They ensure the highest standards of leadership, communication, and culinary excellence while also managing administrative responsibilities. Beyond day-to-day execution, the Chef is deeply invested in developing talent, building strong teams, and contributing to the long-term success and growth of the business.
