About The Position

Working alongside the Executive Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Chef Tournant who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in the daily activities of food preparation in all the kitchens and banquet operations. Assists the Executive Chef to provide the highest quality of food within cost percentage of The Peninsula Beverly Hills. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
  • An open and flexible schedule with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships to ensure an exquisite dining experience for all hotel guests.
  • Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • To be eligible to apply, you must have a US work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Ensure that all kitchen personnel follow and understand their job description.
  • Assists the Executive Chef to ensure the Hotel's high standards are maintained and improved upon
