This candidate must have solid banquet experience, demonstrating confidence in large‑scale production, organization, and execution while upholding impeccable quality and consistency. This candidate must be highly adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, multi‑outlet property, seamlessly supporting Banquets and outlets such as Gallerie Bar and Bistro, Stories on High, and the signature live‑fire restaurant FYR. They will be versatile and highly skilled culinary professional with a passion for excellence and an eagerness to grow within a dynamic, high‑volume hotel environment. What will I be doing? The Chef Tournant will assist the Executive Chef & Banquet Chef with overseeing the culinary team and operations primarily in banquets and select outlets. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
