CHEF SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time CHEF SUPERVISOR position. Location: Wheaton College - 421 Chase Street, Wheaton, IL 60187. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, days may vary. Weekends are required. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous high volume food service production experience is preferred. Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

- Previous high volume food service production experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
