This role is responsible for the success of both culinary and food service operations.

Requirements

At least three years of culinary management experience is required
Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Experience with exposition cooking needed

Nice To Haves

Culinary experience in contract foodservice, country clubs, or corporate dining is preferred
Experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
Catering experience preferred
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
ServSafe certified is a plus
