About The Position
Eurest is your complete food and catering partner of choice. We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. THE ROLE Manage a small team both back and front of house, overseeing food production and service for all onsite retail catering and functions and events activity Maintain effective customer and client relationships Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staff Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
Requirements
- Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Experienced in bulk cooking and functions catering
- A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
- Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
