About The Position

The Chef Manager at Flik Hospitality Group is responsible for overseeing the culinary and food service operations of a Business & Industry (B&I) account in Miami, FL. This role emphasizes culinary management, including inventory control, menu development, and ensuring high standards of food quality and sustainability. The Chef Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of the food service operation while fostering a passion for food and hospitality among the team.

Requirements

• 3 years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant settings.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing controls.
• Proficient in menu development and cost control strategies.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

• Experience with exposition cooking.

Responsibilities
