The Park Hotel Kenmare, a 5-star establishment located in South West Ireland, is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the effective and smooth operation of their allocated station during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner Services. The role involves a hands-on approach to service, requiring a good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities, and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for food and wine service in line with the high standards set by Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmare. Additionally, the role includes anticipating guest requirements in a positive and professional manner, daily restaurant setup and presentation, preparing daily mise en place, and performing cleaning and polishing duties. It is essential to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety standards and to remain observant in monitoring food being served from the kitchen to address any issues before they reach the guest.
