About The Position

Maxime’s is NYC’s newest private member’s club from entrepreneur Robin Birley; owner of prestigious private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s in London. Maxime’s mission is to provide exceptional and discreet service for our members through unparalleled hospitality. Our aim is to make members feel as though they are in a private home, enjoying outstanding food and wine surrounded by stunning decor. Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade. With four distinct restaurants, this is an opportunity to work at the very highest level of cuisine. Current opportunities at our French - Mediterranean restaurant and our Lounge and Bar that serves American cuisine. You’ll be working as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality
  • Strong culinary techniques with a passion for quality and precision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • A positive, professional attitude and a true team player mentality
