The Chef de Cuisine position manages the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food service outlets in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations. This position is expected to achieve profitable, competitive, quality products. The Role At Trilith Guesthouse, food is part of the story. The Chef de Cuisine is a hands-on culinary leader responsible for bringing that story to life across Prologue, Prologue Lounge, and Oliver’s Twist Rooftop. This role blends creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to deliver elevated, approachable dining experiences that reflect the innovation, craftsmanship, and sense of place that define Trilith. From menu development to mentoring the culinary team, the Chef de Cuisine sets the tone for the kitchen while ensuring consistency, quality, and financial accountability across all outlets. You are as comfortable leading from the line as you are shaping the bigger picture, creating food that feels intentional, exciting, and tasteful.
