As Chef de Cuisine , you will lead our sous chefs and hourly back-of-house staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations of all kitchen areas, including production, prep, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. You will ensure the consistency of our recipes and make certain all line cooks are proficient in preparing each menu item to our exact standards. This role involves planning, organizing, training, and leading efforts to achieve a best-in-class program, ensuring employee retention, guest satisfaction, product quality, and the cleanliness of C. Ellet’s Steakhouse. Salary range $80-90k.
