You support menu execution, culinary operations, staff training, food quality, safety, and overall productivity. You help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining professional kitchen standards.

Requirements

  • Previous culinary leadership experience required
  • Strong cooking, preparation, and kitchen management skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
  • Organized, dependable, and committed to excellence
  • Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost control
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary operations
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
  • Create and design restaurant menu
  • Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of all kitchen areas
  • Manages food cost, purchasing and vendors
  • Collaborate with General Manager on strategy and profitability
  • Train, coach, and develop culinary team
