The Position: Chef de Cuisine Direct and maintain Corner Table Restaurants culinary vision Oversee and direct all kitchen teams. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, food handling , and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests. Make all final hiring decisions for the back of the house. Ensure consistent execution of company policies. Manage labor and kitchen waste. Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.
