Chelsea Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Chef de Cuisine. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the kitchen at The Morris Proper. This role is a true operator and culture driver—someone who can run service at a high level while developing people, maintaining standards, and pushing creativity forward. This position works directly under the Culinary Director and is a key leadership role designed to allow for growth, mentorship, and long-term development.
