The Chef de Cuisine – Prepared Foods Team Leader is responsible for leading all aspects of the Prepared Foods Department, including Front of House, Back of House, and Catering operations. This role ensures the highest level of Customer Service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. The Chef de Cuisine oversees production, inventory, ordering, labor, margin control, and team development. This role serves as the culinary and operational leader, driving consistency, creativity, and excellence across all Prepared Foods offerings.
