About The Position
The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the supervision of kitchen staff in assigned outlet and creating and fostering a sanitary, productive and team-oriented work environment. The Cromwell is the Strip’s first and only, stand-alone boutique hotel and casino. The Cromwell features the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis and a rooftop pool, day club and nightlife venues by Drai’s, The Cromwell redefined e the Las Vegas hotel experience.
