To support our growth, we're actively seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join our Bon Appetit team! This pivotal role is responsible for defining and elevating the culinary landscape of the café, meticulously overseeing all aspects of food quality, driving innovation, and curating an unparalleled dining experience. On a daily basis, you will lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the efficient and timely preparation of consistently high-quality dishes, and upholding an impeccably safe and sanitary working environment. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, you will strategically oversee all facets of food preparation, plating, and presentation. You will also manage inventory, meticulously order supplies, and ensure unwavering compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations to uphold the highest standards of food quality. Your leadership will directly drive culinary excellence, significantly elevate the café experience, and contribute to the overall success of the Food program.
