This is an excellent opportunity for the skilled CDC/Executive Chef to showcase their culinary talents by creating memorable cuisine experiences our guests have come to expect. Below are just a couple of great attributes that this position offers and requires:
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a high-volume luxury hotel, resort, restaurant or banquet operation with a focus on fine dining
- Ability to manage a fine dining, high volume kitchen
- Skilled in training team members on new menu options
- Completion of a technical culinary education or apprenticeship program; Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
- Food service permit or valid health/food serve safe certification
- Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
- Familiar with industry best practices
