The Chef Concierge (Concierge Manager) is responsible for providing an elite level of service and the leadership and training required to maintain a staff committed to providing personalized service to all guests. This role involves interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates to ensure they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. The Chef Concierge will be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires managing staff and organizing department functions in accordance with company guidelines, delegating tasks and department assignments or projects, and meeting deadlines related to those assignments. The Chef Concierge will provide information about local attractions and events, make travel arrangements, dining and other reservations, and obtain tickets for events. The role focuses on achieving departmental goals using available resources, evaluating schedules or timelines related to assignments while maintaining service and product quality, encouraging team participation, and promoting enthusiasm. The Chef Concierge will also carry out unusual requests, follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program, practice safe work habits, and perform other duties as requested by management.
