Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in a food establishment a plus.
• Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.
• Positive, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude.
• Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English

Responsibilities

• Sell and serve chef case food items to customers.
• Maintains working knowledge of chef case food items.
• Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick and personal service.
• Initiate dialogue with customers. Learning their names, favorite products and food items.
• Generate customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns.
• Communicate customer complaints/concerns to manager
