Carmel Valley Creamery is seeking a dedicated cheesemaker to join our growing micro-creamery team. This part-time position involves the production of fresh, bloomy, and aged cheeses in an artisanal tradition. While prior experience in cheese production is preferred, we are open to training passionate candidates who are committed to quality and detail. A pasteurization license is required, and candidates must be willing to obtain one if they do not already hold it.
