Your Role: • Hands-on cheesemaking: milk receiving, pasteurizer and vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging and shipping. • Maintain production records. • Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. • Regular sanitization of production equipment • Work with a fun, supportive team!
