Cheese Team Member
About The Position
At Wegmans, our mission is to help our customers live healthier, better lives through food. As a team member in our Cheese Shop, you'll work with others to educate our customers on the unique cheeses and other offerings in the department, helping them to find the best meal components and pairings! You will ensure the freshest and best variety of cheeses are on display and available throughout the day, all ripened to perfection. If you have a passion for different cheeses from around the world, and enjoy educating and delivering incredible service to customers in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Provide incredible service by proactively approaching customers and answering questions
- Take orders, package product, and keep our shelves stocked throughout the day
- Consistently grow product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and featured items
- May u nload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
