The Cheese Specialist Apprentice Program at Lunds & Byerlys is a full-time, three-month training program designed for individuals passionate about cheese, whether they have prior experience or not. Apprentices will work closely with experienced Cheese Specialists to learn all aspects of managing a cheese counter, including customer service, inventory management, and creative merchandising. This role also involves engaging with local vendors and participating in community events, all while providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
