About The Position

Responsibilities

• Learn and support a full-service Murray's experience.
• Work closely with the Murray's Cheese Master to create an engaging retail environment.
• Demonstrate the company's core values in daily interactions.
• Cut, wrap, and merchandise cheese and related grocery items.
• Engage in proactive customer service through ongoing conversations and tastings.
• Conduct daily cheese tastings to develop product expertise.
• Contribute to target sales and gross profit goals.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Ensure compliance with Murray's operations manual and maintain product selection standards.
• Complete Murray's Basic Skills Training and Murray's Red Jacket Training.
