Requirements

Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally 60 lbs.)
Comfort standing for long periods
Strong commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Attention to detail for quality inspection
Basic math skills for reading and calculating
Reliable attendance to keep production running smoothly

Responsibilities

Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines
Remove all packaging from cheese
Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed
Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs. per lift)
Operate cutting and shredding equipment (both automated and manual)
Track inventory using RF scanners
Assist with other duties as needed
