About The Position

Short & Sweet: You'll be working in the cheese department adding imperfect cheese back into the production line via the mixer.

Schedule:

12 Hr. Shifts
2, 2, 3 Schedule
24/7/365 operation, inclusing weekends & holidays

Requirements

• Able to read, write and perform intermediate mathematical calculations
• Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments with higher degree of accuracy
• Able to lift 30 lbs to the waist and climb stairs hourly

Responsibilities

• Prepare start up and shut down GRD operation
• Calculate batch requirements based on inventories
• Perform can checks at Dry Mixer to determine if adjustments need to be made
• Adjust pump speeds, temperatures, and weights/pressue throughout process
• Use computer to enter data
• Must be 18 years of age
• Mist be able to communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be able to support 24/7/362 operation including weekends and holidays
