About The Position

Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities which include class preparations, teaching students, competition routine creation, and basic record-keeping.
• Creating Cheer Choreography that involves a wide variety of skill levels.
• Instruction of safe techniques for skills.
• Listening to the strengths and weaknesses of an athlete and coaching them to grow their talents.
• Ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout the entire cheer program.
• Directly responsible for the welfare and safety of athletes in the program.
