About The Position
The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a Cheer/Gymnastics Instructors for our recreational cheer and gymnastics program (preschool and school aged). Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, and dependable. A background in teaching gymnastics, tumbling, or cheerleading is preferred, but not necessary. Candidates must enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude! We offer excellent training and pay. We are offering $250 bonus for new staff!
Requirements

- Ability to pass reference check, pre-employment drug screen, background check, and sex offender check
Nice To Haves
- Preferred background in gymnastics and/or cheerleading
Responsibilities
- Assists director in class routines and attendance tracking
- Assists director in providing coaching and leadership to all participants
- Assists director in communication with families
