About The Position

PURPOSE: To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner. JOB SUMMARY: Work in various checking department stations. Duties include: Removing stacks of linen from the conveyor and placing them into carts for in-house stock and customer orders. Packing orders into carts from in-house stock. Using the computer system to checkout orders and ensure accuracy. Staging completed orders in proper area to be loaded onto the trucks. Follow standard operating procedures. Must meet quality and production standards.

Requirements

• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day
• Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs. (on wheels)
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Be able to operate computer system/printer
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting
