About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Checker & Sizer to support our client's quality and repair processes. In this role, you will inspect parts for defects, identify any areas out of specification, and perform corrective adjustments using various hand tools. This position requires some prior experience working with tools or in a manufacturing, quality, or repair-related environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, repair work, or using hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or simple measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks, including standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for defects such as misalignment, bending, or incorrect positioning.
• Use hammers, mallets, and other hand tools to correct issues and bring parts back into specification.
• Operate gauges and measuring tools to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results, measurements, and repairs when required.
• Follow standardized procedures, safety guidelines, and quality expectations.
• Communicate recurring issues or concerns to supervisors or the quality team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
