Ambulatory Health Care Services

Manages activities/projects for the CHCS Foundation and Development Office and including but not limited fundraising, research, advertising, program/service management, scheduling, press and partnership relationships. Is primarily responsible for helping coordinate the activities of the CHCS Foundation and its Board of Directors and to serves as a coordinator for grants, marketing efforts and outreach for The Center for Health Care Services/Foundation.

  • Manages and coordinates development activities and grants and projects for the Foundation.
  • Provides oversight, management and coordination duties related to fundraising including events, grants, applications and campaigns for the Foundation and Development office.
  • Provides oversight, management & coordination duties related to marketing, communication and digital design efforts for the Foundation and coordination with The Center for Health Care Services.
  • Serves as a liaison and assists with coordination with the Foundation Board.
  • Interacts with other CHCS departments, units and clinics to determine funding opportunities and coordination of awards to continuously improve effectiveness, streamlining and reporting processes.
  • Develops and executes a community outreach program for the CHCS Foundation.
  • Represents CHCS at internal & external special events, including mental health awareness events, walks, press conferences, and presentations related to Mental Health and MH Awareness.
  • Performs administrative duties, including completing billings and executing commission payments. Maintains accurate records and accounting reports and scheduling.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field experience AND three (3) years of experience developing, executing, and overseeing programs, special project initiatives, grants, outreach and marketing.
  • Experience with Board management, non-profit 501(c)3 fundraising, and marketing and communications.
  • Completion of coursework at an accredited college or university in a job-related field, may be substituted per CHCS recommendations.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company's auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business.
  • Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies.
