About The Position

The position requires consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. The individual must maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy with gestures and sustaining enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. The role involves creating an atmosphere of luck and celebrating guests' wins, being ready to serve, and being informed of daily information. Building relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting is essential. The individual must anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service, check for satisfaction, and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist. Additionally, the role includes promoting Total Rewards programs and card membership, providing a warm farewell, and thanking guests for visiting. The position also involves driving company vehicles on approved assignments, transporting select customers as assigned, and providing all passengers with prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The individual will assist department heads as needed with transportation difficulties, maintain awareness of vehicular problems, and communicate accordingly. This position is located in a cigarette-smoke environment and does not have the authority to issue or change the value of complimentaries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid New Jersey and Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
  • Ability to read and understand maps.
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles including standard transmission.
  • Thorough knowledge of Atlantic City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York roadway systems.
  • Public contact background.
  • Previous driving background.
  • Safe driving record with no more than 2 points for violations.
