About The Position
Summary Provide personal transportation with the ultimate comfort, individualized service, and safety of our residents while out in the larger community.
Requirements
- Safe driving record
- Must be able to stand for periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, stoop and walk.
- Must hold a valid and current driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operates cab or bus and controls for both.
- Inspect the cab/bus before and after driving.
- Maintain the cab/bus detailing, registration, insurance, inspection and oil change.
- Clean the interior and exterior of the cab/bus.
- Gas cab/bus
- Report any mechanical issues with cab/bus.
- Assist residents with any equipment, on/off bus, any packages.
