About The Position

The Patient Care Representative at Kinex Medical is responsible for the delivery, setup, and retrieval of medical equipment, as well as educating patients on the proper operation and safety of the equipment. This role involves answering patient inquiries and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to coordinate schedules effectively to meet patient appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working within a medical facility (preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of medical experience (preferred).
• 1 year of DME experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up medical equipment for patients.
