Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in chat or online communication.
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is preferred.
Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy toward customers.
Basic knowledge of the Food & Beverages industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through chat promptly and courteously.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ products, promotions, and policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and data protection regulations.
