About The Position

What You Will Do: Assist in identifying and resolving chassis system-related issues Support investigations of customer complaints, warranty claims, and plant issues Collect and analyze subjective and objective data through on-site and field testing Participate in benchmarking studies of competitor vehicles and service procedures Research market trends and customer feedback using industry reports (e.g., J.D. Power and Consumer Reports) Help implement new tools, technologies, and methods for data acquisition and analysis Support, prepare, and present technical reports to engineering teams Follow guidance from senior engineers and complete assigned tasks in a professional manner What You Will Bring to the Role: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in aerospace, automotive, electrical, or mechanical engineering Basic understanding of chassis systems and vehicle components Knowledge of chassis fundamentals (e.g., NVH, brake systems, fuel systems, HVAC systems, steering systems, and suspension systems) Root cause analysis skills Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis tools Interest in vehicle testing, diagnostics, and quality improvement What Hyundai Can Offer You: A Global Environment that Fosters Diversity Competitive Pay $26 ~ $30/Hour Flexible Work Hours Other Details: Candidates applying for positions with Hyundai KIA must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
