Sale and customer service position entails providing aircraft charter quotes for customers requiring on demand air transportation for cargo flights.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous customer service attitude.
  • Utilize flight following software to generate quotations for customer consideration.
  • Track status of aircraft, flight crews, and coordinate booked flights by communicating with aircraft maintenance, crew scheduling, and operations.
  • Coordinate ground handling for aircraft along with any customs accommodations needed for flights.
  • Collaborate daily with flight coordination team to determine aircraft rates and availability.
  • Provide support to flight following and flight crews when needed.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Customer service experience/good telephone communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.
  • Candidate must be able to read, write understand English.
  • Must be proficient in basic math.
  • Aviation experience is a plus but not needed to apply for this position.
