About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Hotel, Casino, Call Center, or Charter Operations preferred.
  • Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
  • Strong guest relations skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound email boxes associated with the Charter Program.
  • Support the call center team by reviewing and replying to chat inquiries.
  • Validate charter reservations in Skyforce and ensure they are accurately reflected in LMS.
  • Make outbound calls to guests, including waitlisted guests and those needing delay notifications.
  • Receive inbound calls during high volume periods and assist with guest callbacks.
  • Research reservations and address questions from charter operations, revenue management, or call center teams.
  • Audit TPA to ensure all are received before flight departures.
  • Provide general support to the charter operations team and assist team members as needed.
