The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to support our Part 135 charter operations during daytime hours. You play a critical role in ensuring every flight operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies, serving as the operational backbone of the day-to-day mission.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aviation operations, dispatch, crew support, charter coordination, or related role.
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations and Part 135 requirements (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and adherence to fixed shift schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with crews, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Clear and professional communication across teams, including remote and in-person settings.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to assessing schedule, aircraft, and crew variables.
  • Collaborative mindset focused on compliance, safety, and customer service excellence.
  • Adaptability and initiative in dynamic, time-sensitive situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations and Part 135 requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Perform all operational duties during day hours in support of Part 135 charter flights.
  • Monitor flight activity, crew scheduling, trip planning, and dispatch functions through company’s flight scheduling and tracking systems.
  • Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance, and the broader operations team to ensure seamless coordination throughout the day.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company policies, procedures, and safety protocols in all scheduling and release decisions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact during peak operational hours, supporting real-time decision-making across the fleet and escalating irregular operations to leadership when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in the flight operations systems, including flight logs, crew duty/rest data, and trip-specific documentation.
