Requirements

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of boating experience (Preferred)
• STCW certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, emails, texts, and converting inquiries to sales.
• Perform data entry tasks such as managing calendars across multiple platforms, basic spreadsheets, and accounting.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Organize captains, crews, and clientele.
• Help prepare vessels for departure.
• Clean vessels (both interior and exterior), create charcuterie boards, and anything else needed prior to vessel departure.
• Pickup and deliver parts, food, and general items to vessels.
• Go on charter as backup stew/deckhand if needed.
• Manage social media accounts.
