The Charter Assistant position at Flamingo Yacht Charters is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the maritime industry. The role involves customer service, sales, and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations for upscale yacht charters.

Answering phone calls, emails, texts, and converting inquiries to sales.
Perform data entry tasks such as managing calendars across multiple platforms, basic spreadsheets, and accounting.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Organize captains, crews, and clientele.
Help prepare vessels for departure.
Clean vessels (both interior and exterior), create charcuterie boards, and anything else needed prior to vessel departure.
Pickup and deliver parts, food, and general items to vessels.
Go on charter as backup stew/deckhand if needed.
Manage social media accounts.

Comfortable on boats.
Basic knowledge preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Transportation required.

1 year of boating experience (Preferred)
STCW certification (Preferred)

Pay starting from $20.00 per hour
Flexible scheduling options for full-time and part-time work
