About The Position

This role supports the Chargebacks Team within the Customer Operations department at Cardinal Health. The position involves processing chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturers, verifying membership, and performing contract set ups. The candidate must be able to multi-task and manage large volumes of work with a high level of accuracy. Understanding and interpreting a variety of policies and contracts is essential, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year business to business collections experience highly preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in related field preferred.
• Must live within 1 hour of LaVergne, TN for onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and work streams.
• Demonstrates experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.
• Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
• Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
• Processing chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturers.
• Verifying membership, and performing contract set ups.
