Requirements

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day clinical functions of the unit, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Oversee resident care planning, assessments, and nursing assignments, promoting excellence in care delivery.
Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain inventory and availability of medical supplies and medications, coordinating with the appropriate personnel to meet resident needs.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and care quality.
