About The Position
As a Charge Nurse at Community Health Services Campus, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills and a compassionate approach to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support. 10pm - 6am Full-Time Hours Open Base Wage (without shift differentials): $36.46 - $40.46/hr (RN) and $29.35 - $32.15/hr (LPN) + 3nd shift differential: $5.50/hour + Weekend shift differential: $4.75/hour
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and available resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
